Job summary

Banner Health in Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our team of surgeons. You will round on hospital inpatients, see clinic patients, and provide surgical first assist in the OR.

The ideal candidate has board certification, DEA license, and current CPR/BLS/ACLS, with 4+ years of orthopedic experience. This is a full-time role with Mon-Fri schedule (3 clinic days, 2 OR days) and call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
• DEA prescribing privileges for controlled substances.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• 4+ years of orthopedic experience.

Responsibilities

• Round on hospital inpatients.
• See orthopedic clinic patients.
• Provide surgical first assist in the operating room.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Call required.
