CarePoint Health seeks a Full Time Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join our team at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO, with potential support for the Fort Collins location. The role includes clinic and OR responsibilities, with on-call rotation and strong collaboration with the neurosurgery team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA or NP program, surgical assist certification if NP, current Colorado and DEA licenses, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Surgical assist certification if NP.
• Current Colorado license and DEA license.
• Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Neurosurgical care to adult patients.
• Care for patients in ED, ICU, trauma and medical floors, pre-/post-op management, and clinic.
• In clinic, see new patients, follow ups, post ops, and patients with/without images.
• Work up patients for surgical plan independently to review with the surgeon.
• Assist in urgent bedside procedures and act as First Assist in OR.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and provide on-call support in rotation.
