Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our orthopedic team. This high-volume triage role supports patient care via Epic In Basket, MyChart messages, and prescription refills across multiple west-side TRIA locations.

The RN will perform onsite MRSA swabs as needed and provide compassionate, confidential care in a fast-paced clinic setting. The schedule is .80 FTE, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities to impact patient experience and

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing; RN licensure.
• BLS provider status per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Ability to manage high-volume clinical triage and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Triage orthopedic patient calls via Epic In Basket and MyChart messages.
• Process prescription refill requests while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Perform onsite MRSA swabs as needed.
• Support multiple clinic locations with strong interpersonal skills.
