Job summary

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians is seeking a Triage RN for a .80 FTE position based at the Lino Lakes clinic, with potential coverage at Roseville or Hugo clinics. You will perform triage using EMR protocols, provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, delegate tasks, supervise functions, and educate patients and staff to support safe, high-quality care.

Workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday with start times between 7:45am and 8:30am and end between 4:15pm

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin (within two months).
• Current BLS certification required and maintained. Online BLS not acceptable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage support for the clinic using EMR protocols and standing orders.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and establish plans of care; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Coordinate patient education and care across clinic teams and settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to Nursing Policies and Procedures.
