Job summary

Endeavor Health in Lombard, IL seeks a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Ortho for a full-time, 40-hour workweek. The role involves phone triage, patient education, and coordinating tests, referrals, and glucose monitor care under supervision.

Candidates must be a current IL RN with AHA CPR certification; BSN preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand/walk, and communicate clearly in English. Travel to other locations is required to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA).
• Experience in triage nursing or phone-based patient education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound telephone triage for patient care needs, assess callers, educate, and coordinate referrals and tests.
