Job summary

HealthPartners is hiring a Navigator (LPN, MA, or EMT) to join our orthopedic team in Hudson, WI, with responsibilities across TRIA Orthopedics clinics. The role focuses on coordinating care, patient education, and efficient clinic support in a high‑volume setting.

The Navigator collaborates with physicians, performs clinic tasks, and helps ensure quality patient experiences while adhering to PNHS standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with active state license in WI/MN and 1+ year nursing experience desirable.
• Medical Assistant (MA) with CAAPHEP/ABHES accreditation and 1+ year experience desirable.
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with MN & WI EMT License and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across TRIA Orthopedics clinics.
• Assist in clinic check-in, insurance verification, and co-payment collection.
• Provide post-operative education, wound care, and rehabilitation support.
• Document/scribe provider assessments and plans in real time.
