Mercy, a leading healthcare provider in Arkansas, is seeking a CNM to deliver high-quality patient care and lead nursing staff. The role involves planning and supervising care, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN (or be enrolled in BSN/MSN), current licensure in the state, CPR, and preferably NRP and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure.
• CPR certification required; NRP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with age-specific needs.
• Supervise unit staff and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in nursing committees and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety and infection-control standards and ensure medication administration accuracy.
