You will collaborate with board-certified providers to support both surgical and non-surgical care, focusing on mobility, function, and quality of life.

The role emphasizes orthopedic patient education, wound care, and coordination with surgeons and advanced practice providers.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
• Orthopedic experience with direct patient care including surgical scheduling, patient education, casting/splinting, and wound care preferred.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care for orthopedic patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Support both surgical and non-surgical pathways and coordinate with surgeons and APPs.
• Educate patients on casts, splints, wound care, and recovery expectations.
