• Orthopedic nursing experience with direct patient care, scheduling, and education preferred.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience preferred; direct experience given priority.
• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for orthopedic patients in surgical and non-surgical pathways.
• Oversee patient education and care coordination.
• Assist with casting, splinting, wound care, and post-operative instructions.
• Coordinate scheduling and collaborate with surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Maintain professionalism and calm communication in high-pressure situations.
