Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or medical certification plus 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends/overnight.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and residency in assigned territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and business acumen skills.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Support DePuy Synthes by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, logistics and asset management with supervision.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Prepare sales reports and documents as required; provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets throughout the assigned area to ensure product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are current and compliant; meet DePuy Synthes quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals.
