Responsibilities

• Obtain appropriate pre-certification and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures.
• Discuss patient instructions for procedures with patients.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and provide instructions with follow-up letter.
• Use Allscripts, Centricity Business, online paging systems.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality in all matters.
• Exhibit friendly and helpful behavior.
• Other duties as assigned.
