Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule follow-up and return visits.
• Obtain pre-certification and pre-authorization as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures.
• Explain instructions to patients for procedures.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and provide instructions.
