Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to drive growth in the Biloxi, MS area. You will cultivate relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leaders, leading demonstrations, launches, and ongoing in-services in fast-paced clinical settings.

This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits. A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of outside sales/territory management experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license for territory travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of outside sales/territory management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling into hospitals, surgeons, healthcare systems, or B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quota.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital admins, and supply chain teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training in clinical settings.
• Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations in the field.
• Travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
