Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell Orthopaedic Instruments products. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate value, and manage your territory to exceed goals.

This field-based role requires 5+ years in outside sales or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, 20% travel, valid driver’s license, and a proven customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred).
• Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Responsibilities

• As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customers’ needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating value of products.
• Systematically tracking territory progress and communicating wins to Regional Manager.
• Exceed each goal and solve product problems at client sites.
• Inform doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Maintain excellent service and support customers as needed.
