Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active IDFPR certification.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IV piggybacks and fluids.
• Document assessments and update care plans with RNs.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and APPs.
• Perform dressing changes, trach care, NG tube care, ostomy management.
• Reinforce patient education and discharge instructions.
