Qualifications

• 3–5 years Medical Assistant experience.
• Orthopedic casting experience required.
• Proficiency with EHR and medical office software.
• Ability to obtain vital signs and collect specimens.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medical Assistant team with day-to-day direction, training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Coordinate coverage and staffing to balance workloads.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on patient care and clear communication.
• Coordinate between site staff, Practice Manager, and physicians to resolve issues.
• Manage patient flow and assist with examinations; prepare patients and document vitals.
• Assist with procedures and phlebotomy when qualified.
• Provide quality oversight for safety and quality programs.
• Support implementation of new workflows and clinical initiatives.
