Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
• Experience: 3–5 years as Medical Assistant; orthopedic casting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Medical Assistant team, directing day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate staffing and coverage to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Serve as liaison among site staff, Practice Manager, and Medical Director/physicians.
