Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vital signs, and support visit flow.
• Prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms for efficient patient care.
• Perform clinical tasks within Medical Assistant scope (e.g., EKGs, point-of-care testing).
• Assist providers with procedures and patient coordination throughout the day.
• Coordinate pre-visit prep including chart organization and labs.
• Communicate lab and imaging results, prescriptions, and follow-up steps per protocol.
• Support electronic prescriptions and medication reconciliation as directed.
