Job summary

Stryker Group in Riverside, CA is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell Orthopedic Joint Replacement services, drive revenue, and support surgical teams in the OR.

You will manage accounts, exceed targets, train clinicians, and participate in industry events. This commission-based role includes bonuses and benefits and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with territory travel and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years clinical healthcare/sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory and adhere to compliance (AdvaMed).
• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs.
