Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a medical office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone in a prompt, courteous manner and route calls as needed.
• Greet patients, check them in/out, and provide excellent service.
• Assist with insurance verification and other PT insurance requirements.
• Keep front desk organized and support staff for smooth operations.
• Index patient documents to correct charts and route faxes appropriately.
• Upload documents to patient charts and assist with other duties as needed.
