OrthoArizona is hiring a Medical Receptionist at all levels to join our elite healthcare team in Scottsdale. This role supports patient experiences at every touchpoint with a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, routing messages, indexing documents, routing faxes, and assisting with daily duties. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer / patient service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understand/perform training on practice management software.
• Continue to expand knowledge of practice management software as updates occur.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone in prompt, courteous and helpful manner, screens, and routes calls; creates phone note in the EMR.
• Assist in indexing patient documents to the correct patient chart.
• Assist in routing electronic faxes to the correct location and upload to the chart.
• Assist with other duties as needed during down time.
• All other duties as assigned.

As a Medical Receptionist with OrthoArizona, you’ll get to:

• Assist in routing electronic faxes to the correct location fax folder and or uploading to the correct patient chart
• Assist with other duties as needed during down time
