Job summary

Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows' Manager to build relationships with orthopedic fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region. You will serve as the expert on the fellows segment, developing engagement strategies to raise awareness of our technologies and educational offerings.

You will coordinate curricula, track fellowship engagement, and identify educational gaps to expand exposure to Smith+Naphew products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or medical education.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room procedures, training processes, and surgeon education.
• Experience in Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, or similar orthopedic specialties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, fellow engagement, and training curricula.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Design and implement customized educational programs for fellowship programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business objectives.
• Share best practices and provide regular reporting.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed.
