OrthoCarolina Hip & Knee Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant to support orthopedic care on-site in Charlotte, NC. The role includes updating EPIC notes, performing triage calls, casting, bracing, and assisting with injections alongside the physician team.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited medical assistant, athletic training, or nursing program, CMA/RMA certification, and EMT/ATC credentials as applicable. Travel to other OC locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants, athletic training, or nursing.
• Certification is required; CMA/RMA must be registered/certified.
• EMTs will need Emergency Medical Technician certification; ATCs board certified.

Aufgaben

• Update clinical notes in the EHR system (EPIC).
• Complete phone triage and triage calls.
• Cast and brace patients; assist with injections and routine office procedures.
• Provide patient education and facilitate communication among patients, families and staff.
• Assist physicians/mid-level providers in the delivery of patient care.
