Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily clinic operations, staff management, and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to deliver high‑quality care.

You will collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to improve workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the patient experience while advancing operational excellence across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in an orthopedic clinic.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and management skills with ability to lead a team and drive operational goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to implement improvements.
• Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and accrediting bodies.
• Proficiency in using healthcare software systems and EHRs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and partners.
