Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center seeks a Director of Outpatient Clinic Services responsible for clinical and operational oversight of multi-site ambulatory clinics. The role combines RN clinical expertise with leadership to ensure efficient, standardized care across off-site locations.

You will partner with service leaders and executive stakeholders to direct clinic managers and interdisciplinary teams, reporting to the CNO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, MBA or related discipline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site outpatient clinics and service lines to ensure standardized high-quality care.
• Collaborate with leaders, physicians and executives to guide clinic managers and teams.
• Establish and maintain standardized operational practices across ambulatory clinics.
• Oversee billing, revenue cycle, budgeting and financial performance in line with goals.
• Lead regulatory compliance programs and Joint Commission readiness across sites.
