Specialized Orthopaedic Services Inc. in Vienna, VA seeks a Clinic Coordinator to keep our outpatient clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

You will oversee daily operations, manage patient scheduling, and coordinate care with providers to ensure a excellent patient experience. Applicants should have healthcare administrative experience, strong organization, good communication, and familiarity with electronic health records.

Formación

• Experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in Orthopaedics and/or DME.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
