Teton Valley Health Care is seeking an Orthopedic Navigator to serve as the primary clerical and coordination support for the Clinic Ortho Physician. You will schedule patients for specialty appointments and surgeries, manage documentation, and assist with provider needs while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency, with experience in orthopedics preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Requires effective English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for patient care.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Experience in orthopedics preferred, especially bracing and cast removal.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients, escort to exam rooms, and manage patient flow for appointments.
• Triages calls and arranges diagnostic tests and follow-ups.
• Safely administers medications and handles prescription calls as directed.
• Maintains clinic labs and secures patient consent forms and signatures.
• Keeps exam rooms clean and stocked, and ensures proper infection control practices.
