MercyOne Genesis Crow Valley Orthopedics Care Clinic in Iowa seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations, guide staff performance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration across the clinic team.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, training, and evaluating clinical staff, support budgeting, and coordinate with clinic leadership to implement protocols and improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have RN, LPN, or MA license or CLS/MLT/Radiologic Technologist registration.
• Two years’ experience in a clinic/physician office.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, billing and collection practices, fee structures and practice standards.
• Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and office management software.
