Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of demonstrated sales success in a competitive B2B market.
• 5 years experience in the orthopedic industry as an associate.
• Comfort in surgery/operating room environments.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Executive presentation experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the area.
• Represent Arthrex Denver to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships and implement sales strategies.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to customers.
• Develop responses for new prospects (written, telephone, in person).
• Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.
• Address issues at accounts and ensure compliance and privacy of information.
• Maintain training in sales skills and product features.
