Arthrex Bay Area in Oakland seeks an Associate Surgical Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. You will learn the sales process, support surgical staff, and deliver products to surgeons while growing accounts in the territory.

This role offers mentorship from a high-performing team and a path to uncapped earnings. You will build relationships with OR staff and surgeons, learn product features, and contribute to expanding our presence in orthopedic and sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; background in sports, sports medicine, or competition preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coachable and eager to learn selling techniques.
• Comfortable in surgical environments; valid US driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in exceeding sales quotas for the territory.
• Deliver products to surgeons and support surgical staff.
• Maintain and grow territory accounts; promote products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new opportunities and develop plans to grow the business in the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital and surgery center staff; participate in sales meetings as needed.
• Maintain credentialing and inventory of consigned products.
