Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; background in sports, sports medicine, or competition preferred.
• Conheledge in human anatomy and strong interpersonal communication is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort in surgical environments.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in exceeding sales quotas for the team.
• Deliver products to surgeons and maintain territory accounts.
• Promote products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.
• Develop sales plans to grow new business and opportunities.
• Grow accounts by working with existing customers and prospecting new ones.
• Build rapport with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
• Participate in meetings outside regular hours as required.
• Maintain credentials and inventory for accounts.
