Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Chattanooga area to support the Orthopaedics team. You will schedule operative cases, secure instrument inventory, observe procedures, and consult surgical teams on Smith+Naphew implants and instrumentation.

You will build technical knowledge through training, develop a territory business plan, and collaborate with surgeons and hospital staff to drive revenue and exceed quotas. Some travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver's license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements of position

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory in the designated territory.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on instrumentation and implants.
• Build territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quotas.
• Travel within designated territory with 2–4 overnights per month and occasional national travel.
