Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Savannah, GA area to support the Orthopaedics Sales Team. The ASR will manage a defined territory, assist in scheduling cases, secure required instrumentation, and advise surgical teams on Smith+Naphew implants and tools.

A strong technical aptitude and the ability to build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs are essential. The role requires travel within the territory (2–4 overnights per month) and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Ability to learn high-level technical information related to orthopaedics and surgery.
Strong relationship-building with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs to improve access.

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for procedures.
Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants.
Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet quotas.
Travel within designated territory with 2–4 overnights per month; occasionally national travel.
