Job summary

You will develop surgeon relationships, drive sales of orthopaedic solutions, and align with DePuy Synthes and Mitek Sports Medicine brands to deliver clinical and economic value.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with travel as needed. This is a dynamic, patient-focused opportunity within a global leader in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 6 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum 8 years of experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty plus minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and plan to identify surgeons and accounts.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Drive product sales for all assigned products within territory.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR personnel.
• Provide case support and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
