Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati seeks a Sales Consultant for DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics to support surgeons across a geographic territory. You will develop relationships, convert prospects, and drive product sales by applying deep clinical and product knowledge.

The role focuses on understanding surgeons' needs, presenting solutions, and following through with service, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in professional or related sales experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification with 5+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of professional or related experience in sales or healthcare is acceptable.
• Military transition with relevant experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts.
• Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals through approved resources.
• Product Sales: Drive product sales and demonstrate proper utilization of products.
• Customer Relationships: Build relations with surgeons, OR personnel and buyers.
• Case Coverage: Maintain surgeon contact and support during surgical cases.
• Customer Care: Improve patient care and provide prompt follow-up and education.
• Inventory Management: Maintain sales equipment and materials per policy.
• Implements a plan to balance product sales mix in the territory.
