Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a motivated Trauma and Reconstruction Sales Representative for the Ocala, FL area. You will manage an Orthopaedics territory by providing comprehensive clinical and technical support. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, executing territory strategies, and maintaining relationships with surgical teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of medical device sales experience. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Prior Trauma and/or Reconstruction Orthopaedics experience strongly preferred.
• Proven and consistent history of quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a Trauma and Reconstruction product portfolio.
• Owning territory strategy and execution to meet sales targets.
• Providing expert intraoperative support and product demonstrations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
