Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative in the United States. You will promote and sell orthopaedic instruments, conduct in-OR and office evaluations, and demonstrate product value to clinicians.

You will track territory progress and share wins with your Regional Manager while exceeding sales goals. The role requires 5+ years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree, with approximately 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating value of our products.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to the Regional Manager; strive to exceed goals.
• Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and be ready to assist customers as needed.
• Live in a fast-paced field-based sales environment, focused on healthcare improvement.
