Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred (front desk/clinical assistant).
• Orthopaedic or specialty clinic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triages patient symptoms and requests in the clinical queue per established protocols.
• Documents phone triage interactions clearly in the EMR and routes cases to the appropriate provider.
• Assists with rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and preparing exam rooms.
• Supports minor clinical procedures such as cast removal or splint removal.
• Maintains exam rooms and medical supply inventory, ensuring items are stocked.
• Ensures clinic readiness and HIPAA compliance with policies.
• Performs other duties as needed to support patient care and clinical operations.
