Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and manage clinical queue per protocols.
• Document interactions clearly in the EMR and route to provider.
• Assist with rooming patients, vitals, exam rooms and minor procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory of medical supplies.
• Ensure clinic readiness and HIPAA/compliance adherence.
• Perform other duties to support patient care and operations.
