Smile Brands Inc. is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach. You will help patients with appointments and financial arrangements for treatment.

Responsibilities include explaining treatment plans, guiding patients through timelines and insurance options, and collaborating with orthodontists. Travel between practice locations is required to support our network.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in dental or orthodontic treatment coordination.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and treatment planning.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and financing options.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Proficient with dental practice management software.

Responsabilidades

• Explain treatment plans including braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
• Educate patients on expectations, timelines, benefits, and financial obligations.
• Collaborate with orthodontists to ensure patients understand their treatment recommendations.
• Present treatment fees, payment arrangements, financing options, and available discounts.
• Review orthodontic insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and estimated patient financial responsibilities.
• Travel regularly between assigned orthodontic practice locations based on operational needs.
