Orthodontic Experts in the Chicagoland, Wisconsin, and Indiana area is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey. You will explain treatment plans, address questions, and coordinate scheduling and payments to keep plans on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand oral health history and objectives.
• Explain treatment plans and address patient questions.
• Assist patients with scheduling and payment arrangements.
• Conduct financial consultations for new and existing patients.
• Manage payment options and policies.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and third-party financing options.
• Track patient accounts receivable and collections.
• Greet patients and check them in/out.
• Participate in marketing events and clinic activities.
• Travel to sister clinics as needed and perform all duties.
