• Create a positive, efficient, and supportive consultation experience.
• Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards.
• Review and complete contracts and required paperwork accurately.
• Support and encourage same-day treatment starts.
• Coordinate same-day treatment starts, including contracts, consents, and scheduling.
• Manage follow-up communication for patients who do not start the same day.
• Conduct timely call-backs and continued outreach to support case acceptance.
• Maintain accuracy in contracts, patient records, and financial documentation.
• Follow Smilebliss protocols and ensure compliance with office processes.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical and scheduling teams.
• Support practice growth through strong case acceptance and patient coordination.
