Gentle Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who excels at communicating with patients and families, guiding them through consultations, and enabling smooth progression to treatment. You will work closely with orthodontists and clinical teams to present options, discuss costs, and arrange financials to support case acceptance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office, treatment coordination or related patient-facing experience.
• Orthodontic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients/families preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment fees, insurance benefits and financing.

Responsabilités

• Create an exceptional experience for patients and families throughout the orthodontic consultation process.
• Build rapport with patients/parents and understand goals and concerns.
• Partner with the orthodontist to present recommended treatment clearly.
• Explain timelines, expectations, and next steps of treatment.
• Present treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options.
• Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled treatment.
• Coordinate treatment start appointments and ensure smooth transition to the clinical team.
• Track consultations, pending treatment, case acceptance, and follow-up activity.
