Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Perris, Norco, Moreno Valley and Riverside. The role focuses on converting orthodontic consultations into treatment starts, presenting financial options, and guiding families through scheduling and acceptance.

You will collaborate with orthodontists and clinical teams to deliver a welcoming, informative experience and to achieve strong case acceptance. The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus and hourly pay of $21–$27.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience.
• Orthodontic experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients/families is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert orthodontic consultations into treatment starts.
• Present treatment timelines, and discuss fees, insurance benefits, financing and payment options.
• Coordinate treatment start appointments and ensure smooth transition to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate patient, treatment and financial information; track consultations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with orthodontists, clinical teams, and office leadership to achieve patient care goals.
