Southern Orthodontic Partners in Missouri seeks an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This full-time role focuses on case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination to help patients choose treatment plans.

You will work closely with orthodontists, assistants, and front desk staff to present options, explain fees and financing, and support patient retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Dental Treatment Coordination or similar role.
• Strong ability to present treatment options and secure case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and financing plans.

Full-Time | $20-$26/hour + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently
• Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits
• Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
