Choice-Healthcare-Services is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to ensure a smooth New Patient experience and comprehensive patient education on treatment options and fees.

The role involves confirming appointments, presenting treatment plans, and guiding patients through the practice with a friendly, informative approach. Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are valued to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year dental/orthodontic treatment planning experience preferred.
• 6+ months sales experience preferred; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm exam, observation, and recall patients.
• Minimize no-shows by confirming appointments.
• Schedule new patient exams to maintain full daily schedule.
• Explain treatment options and fees; guide patients/parents.
• Educate patients about veneers, implants, crowns, ortho, perio therapies.
