Job summary

CC Braces in Corpus Christi is seeking a Records Coordinator to join its team on a part-time, 90-day temporary assignment to learn the role alongside the current records coordinator. This position offers hands-on training with potential conversion to permanent based on performance.

You will welcome patients, collect orthodontic records, capture X-rays and scans, and help maintain an on-time workflow while coordinating with treatment coordinators and doctors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous orthodontic clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans.
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinates clinical records requests and manages patient flow.
• Submits lab prescriptions for Align and DibsAI; takes impressions as needed.
• Maintains compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
• May cross-train to support multiple roles within the clinic.
