CC Braces in Corpus Christi is seeking a Records Coordinator for a 90-day temporary position with potential to convert to permanent. You will welcome patients, obtain orthodontic records, and manage scheduling and clinic flow while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include capturing X-rays and scans, coordinating records requests, and supporting the treatment team. Prior orthodontic experience is preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.

This is a temporary position for 90 days to learn the job, and if completed successfully, may be changed to a permanent position at the end of the temporary period.

How you’ll make us better

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow.
• Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.
• Greets new patients and family members
• Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors
• Coordinates clinical records requests
• Manages patient treatment flow and schedulingbold-yellow-text-54d8c4>p>
• Dependable with attendance work schedule and collaborate with front admin team members.
• Submit lab prescriptions for Align and DibsAI, take impressions for expanders and PH1 IDB trays and modified retainers
• Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
• Performs after care communication
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment
• May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic
