Job summary

CC Braces in Corpus Christi is seeking a Records Coordinator for a 90-day temporary position with potential to convert to permanent. You will welcome patients, obtain orthodontic records, and manage scheduling and clinic flow while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include capturing X-rays and scans, coordinating records requests, and supporting the treatment team. Prior orthodontic experience is preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Orthodontic clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Maintains on-time patient workflow and schedules next available patient.
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans and relays information to treatment coordinators.
• Coordinates clinical records requests and supports attendance with front desk team.
