You will lead initiatives to improve efficiency, onboarding, and policy compliance, and you will coach staff to achieve goals and deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience; orthodontics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or commensurate on-the-job training.
• Proven track record of driving growth and expanding production.
• Experience in managing teams and developing staff.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for growth.
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and delegate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Align operational strategies with executive leaders and goals.
• Lead with doctors and field operations to diagnose issues and plan actions.
• Develop repeatable management processes to drive efficiency and growth.
• Improve SOPs and organization through documentation.
• Maintain open communication channels for informed decision-making.
• Provide resources and support when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding for new team members and training on policies.
• Set expectations, give feedback, and support professional development.
• Track KPIs and develop improvement strategies based on data.
• Manage costs and support organic growth while controlling expenses.
